Alex is experienced in capturing market insight, developing strategy and shaping business plans for Airlines, Airports and Air Traffic Control companies.  Alex combines deep sector expertise, bespoke models and agile problem solving to help clients improve performance, cut cost and grow revenue.  As a management consultant with over 13 years of experience, his project work covers market analysis, strategy development, business management, policy development and operations improvement.

Alex has worked with some of the largest and most successful air transport companies in Europe to improve their performance.  This has included supporting airline commercial negotiations, analysing causes of disruption and developing airline cost reduction strategies.  His work has also helped to evaluate cutting edge technologies for large industrial ‘primes’, Government and International Institutions.  From an operational perspective Alex has worked with air navigation service providers and regulators to develop the safety, economic, environmental and technical requirements of emergent operational concepts and technologies.
